NZD/USD retraces half of daily gains
FXStreet (Córdoba) - NZD/USD surrendered half of daily gains during the American session after facing resistance near the 0.79 mark.
The Kiwi climbed to a daily high of 0.7889 in the SNB turmoil and hit its highest level in 6 weeks before losing momentum and pulling back below the 0.7800 level. At time of writing, the pair is trading 0.7795 area, still up 1.11% on the day.
NZD/USD levels to watch
As for technical levels, next resistances are seen at 0.7900 (psychological level/100-day SMA) and 0.7913 (Dec 1 high). On the flip side, supports could be found at 0.7765 (intraday level) and 0.7700 (daily low/psychological level).
