AUD/JPY holds below 93.00

FXStreet (Córdoba) - The AUD/JPY pair is trading steady on Monday, consolidating below 93.00. Earlier bottomed at 92.35 and then rose, reaching a daily high at 92.88. During the last hours it has been hovering around 92.60/65, at the same level it closed on Friday.

Last week, the aussie lost ground against the yen after being unable to hold above 93.00 on Friday, extending the retreated that started early March, after the rally from below 90.00 found resistance at the 94.00 area.

AUD/JPY technical levels

To the upside, immediate resistance could be located at 92.90 (daily high) and above here at 93.15 and 93.55/60 (March 12, 13 highs). On the opposite direction support might lie at 92.25/30 (March 13 low), 92.10 (March 12 low) and 91.75 (March 11 low).
