Wall Street closes slightly higher on energy prices

FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US stocks market rose on Wednesday as energy companies traded higher on rising oil prices amid speculation of US military action in Syria. Stocks up for first day in last three.

The Dow Jones advanced 48.38 points or 0.33% to 14,824.51. The S&P 500 added 4.48 pts or 0.27% to 1,634.96. And the Nasdaq Composite won 14.83 pts or 0.41% to 3,593.35.
