OMB Director Mulvaney: WH has not settled on final way to address raising debt ceiling

Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) John Michael Mulvaney crossed the wires, via Reuters, saying that the White House has not settled on a final way to address raising the debt ceiling.
