NZD/USD hits 6-week highs near 0.8400
FXStreet (Córdoba) - The NZD/USD rose from 0.8365 to 0.8394 in a few minutes reaching the highest price in six weeks, after the release of the ANZ survey in New Zealand, that showed business confidence at the highest reading since 1994.
The pair approached again 0.8400 and remains with bullish momentum in Asia. Above 0.8400, potential resistance levels lie at 0.8430/35 (January 14 high) and 0.8450. to the downside support now lies at 0.8340/45 and below here at 0.8280.
If it managed to end the week above 0.8370, it would be posting the highest weekly close since October 2013. To give a stronger bullish signal, the closing price must be place significantly above 0.8400.
The pair approached again 0.8400 and remains with bullish momentum in Asia. Above 0.8400, potential resistance levels lie at 0.8430/35 (January 14 high) and 0.8450. to the downside support now lies at 0.8340/45 and below here at 0.8280.
