Dutch PM Rutte: PM May's letter not enough to allow further extension

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte was out with some Brexit comments in the last hour, saying that the UK PM Theresa May's request for a Brexit extension raises many questions and is not enough to allow a further extension.
